Coming home here after a long day ... is an arrival to your own personal retreat on the Petaluma River in a peaceful quiet and safe neighborhood, halfway up a dead-end road. This charming 'fishing cottage' was built in 1909. The studio space has a separate entrance below. The main house is occupied by me and my 2+ year old golden retriever. The studio has a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, blender, refrigerator, etc. Electricity, gas, water, garbage & hi speed WiFi are all included. If PGE exceeds $250/month during winter, tenant & I will be asked to split the overage. The outdoor pathway is well lit with solar lights for late night arrivals home. Washer and Dryer are in the basement. There is a small deck with a bench just outside the studio. It is close to many walking trails too. Suited for one person ... a small dog is possible.
