Additional outdoor storage in the back. Separate entry. Cottage is in the back of the garden of the single family house occupied by owners.
One off street parking space. Utilities included: PG&E, water, garbage, Wi Fi. Laundry on site shared with another tenant – please be respectful and cooperative. Cottage is unfurnished – furnished photos provided for scale reference.
We are looking for a responsible, pleasant tenant who is interested in quiet enjoyment of this lovely place. The cottage and our house are separated by the garden and this set up allows for privacy for both. Since you will be living in our garden, it is important that we have an easy rapport. No pets, no smoking or any kind of drugs.
