Nestled in nature and of the main cottage, this sweet little sanctuary is meant for solo journeyers. Feel nested and perched in this very thoughtfully created and cozy home. The kitchen is spacious with many sweet touches like All Clad pans, Vitamix, European appliances, filtered water system, garbage disposal, dishwasher, ice maker. Lighting throughout is dimmable. Enjoy the deck with views of Mount Tam and a clawfoot soaking tub.

Three blocks off of the main road and walking distance to downtown and trailheads. Washer and dryer, central air conditioning/heat, built in continuous air filtering system and automatic back-up power generator system.

ALL utilities paid. PG&E, Water, Garbage and Wifi.

Fairfax is a charmer, wholesome and artsy with lots of restaurants, live music and fun shops.

Please note there are many well spaced stairs leading to your Sanctuary. If you are over six foot the space is probably not for you as the ceiling is slightly low in places.

Hoping for a quiet, tidy and respectful individual. I live upstairs and keep our place beautiful. I'm quiet and respectful.

No pets, no smoking (Non-negotiable as I have cat and dander allergies). No drug or alcohol addiction please.
