We are in need of a full time experienced, organized, self motivated, self managing, multi-tasking, Bookkeeper Assistant/Office Manager to join our team.
We are looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist/Bookkeeper Assistant with the following skills:
* Quickbooks knowledge required
* Excellent Excel skills required
* Phone skills required
* Professional appearance and positive attitude required
* Office management skills required
* Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team
* Multi-tasking skills
Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in an office environment and Quickbooks knowledge. Please do not apply for this position unless you have Quickbooks experience.
The job will be a full time hourly position with 5 paid holidays and sick pay benefits. Our company at this time does not offer any other benefits, we are hoping to offer health benefits in the near future. Pay rate will depend on experience. Position to start mid to late May. This is not a remote position, candidate must be able to work at the office. Our office is located near Coddingtown in Santa Rosa.
