Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain client accounts in QuickBooks Online.
• Perform bank reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Troubleshoot QuickBooks Online issues and assist clients with system navigation.
• Leverage your knowledge of S-corporation accounting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred).
• Proven experience with S-corporation bookkeeping and accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and a commitment to client success.
