Small property management firm in Mill Valley seeks an experienced part time bookkeeper. This is not a remote work position.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank/credit card statements and track property-related expenses.
Track tenant payments and handle invoicing.
Organize and maintain financial records, receipts, and invoices for property accounts.
General filing and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Preferably property management bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently.
Hours:
Part-time, flexible hours (schedule to be discussed).
Compensation:
$30-40/hour (depending on experience). Please note this is a contract role.
