TerrAscend, an international leader in the medical and legal adult use cannabis and cannabis-related products space is seeking an experienced Accounting & Payroll Coordinator at its new Healdsburg administrative offices. We are a growing publicly-traded company with manufacturing, cultivation and retail entities across the US and Canada.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Accounting & Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for processing A/R, A/P and Payroll, as well as providing routine accounting support in all phases of the accounting cycle. We work in a fast-paced, start up environment that requires adaptability and the ability to successfully manage change and multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will have two years’ recent accounting experience with a comparable multiple-entity company and one year of recent payroll processing experience in a comparable company (100+ employees). International, public company, manufacturing, retail and highly regulated industry accounting experience preferred. Advanced level Quickbooks and Excel skills are required as well as education in accounting or a related area.
