Logistics requests to help keep me organized:
* No rush on your end to respond. I'll typically wait around 12 hours and offer it first to anybody who responds during that period using a random number. After that, I’ll give it to the first person who responds.
* Please give me a first name and an approximate day and time you expect to come and I'll send you an address and leave it for you at the front desk of my building, typically that morning so you have flexibility
* You don’t need to promise pick it up the same day if you’re busy as long as you give me a specific day in the next few days
* Please use craigslist DM’s rather than email
