Two tuxedo cats too good home (Oakland)

I have a full sized cat tree to take with them that can be broken down with an Allen wrench. Litter box, with brand new bag of litter and water bowl as well.
I want to make sure they go to an owner that’s serious about keeping them. Unfortunately I’ve had some financial hardships and am no longer able to care for them the way they need. Very loving and playful with each other. They never tried to scratch me or any guest I have. They’ve also been around a newborn baby with no problem at all.
