We've used and loved this toaster oven for years! We just bought a new one that fits our kitchen better, but this one works well and is a good-quality brand (it's a Panasonic, model NB-G110P, which has been Wirecutters top recommendation for many years).

Full disclosure: it has two heating elements, and one of them is burnt out. It can be replaced (we did it before for the other one, and there are plenty of YouTube videos you'll find about how to do it). It works as is, but your toast will be crispy only on one side until you replace the bottom heating element.

It's 12.5" W x 11.5" D x 10.25" H, and it's got the wire rack and the baking pan.
