Nice, comfortable occasional chair available for free. The chair has been rarely used, but there is some upholstery damage on the corners from cat scratches—see photos. The chair could be easily recovered with a slip cover from Amazon, or you could sew on panels to hide those areas.

Respond via email if interested, along with some idea of when you can pick it up (preferably no later than Sunday 3/1).

You’ll need to carry the chair down about 30 stairs to street level, so bring someone to help. It’s fairly light for its size.
