clean, always indoors, one previous owner before me. only issue is two of the three front legs that are wobbly, currently haphazardly fixed by jamming some wooden blocks in. a good couch if you want to try to get it fixed(there's a wooden piece that needs to either be replaced or reinforced) or if you're okay with it being sort of janky. must pick up by the 27th, moving and need it out before then, otherwise I'll have to junk it. there's one flight of stairs to take it down.
