“ Free” dirt? Yeah, maybe not…
Why?
Beware of free dirt with delivery and grading offers! Especially quantities larger than a regular pick up truck load.
Why? It could be contaminated!! These commercial dirt haulers charge a lot of money to haul and dump contaminated soil two toxic waste sites and make even more money dumping contaminated soil on unsuspecting peoples private property.
Why do you think they would deliver it for free and bring equipment to spread it out and compact it for free too? It’s way cheaper than trucking it all the way to a Toxic Waste Site.
Don’t turn your property into a toxic cleanup site that you will have to pay to clean up AND help these guys make millions of dollars at the same time!!
Many of these dirt haulers were caught by the state and federal EPA and prosecuted by them right here in the Bay Area. Do a quick Google search... “ Illegal dirt haulers indicted San Francisco Bay area“. It’s easy to find.
The dirt bag dirt haulers keep flagging this ad because they do not want people to know about this. Feel free to re-post this all over craigslist if you see their ads and help get the word out.
