Let me pick up your full leaf bags instead of leaving them out for the city. My garden would thank you. I can pick up the bags to use for garden mulch and offer you 2 empty paper lawn bags for one full of leaves as a trade. The replacements are saved reused/recycled bags and sell for $3 a bag at hardware stores.
I can only use leaves, grass clippings, and light trimmings - no heavy branches, thorny brambles, wood or pet waste, no pesticides/weed killers.
