OK, this may be an odd one, but ten years ago when I moved in, the previous tenant was moving to Hawaii and did not want to take their bed with them. Since I needed a bed, jackpot !
Now finding myself in a similar position, I have no desire to bring this queen sized beauty with me on my move, but I'd like to see it go to someone who can use it. Totally fine if you want to schedule a time to swing by and see it beforehand.
However the bed will NOT be available for pickup until the afternoon of June 29th at the earliest. My last night here is June 28th. On the morning of June 29th I will wash all the bedding and disassemble the bed. (The incoming tenant has their own bed that they prefer) My lease here ends June 30th.
If you want it, it's yours! Be aware you will be responsible for helping to get it down a flight of stairs and out the door, but I will gladly assist with both.
