This has been our family couch for the past 12 years! We finally upgraded. It was custom made in North Carolina, one of the best furniture manufacturing areas in the country.

The couch is in excellent shape for its age. Very comfortable for watching tv or lying down to read.

There are some light stains that could easily be cleaned. And one of the back legs cracked a few years ago, but we've continued to seat 4 people on it without any kind of problem at all. For the price, this is a great deal. Couch definitely has many more years of life in it.

Buyer is responsible for transport, though I can help load.
