This soft brown loveseat is super comfortable and nice and compact. Great for a small space. I bought it new. The only damage is cat claw scratches to the sides near the bottom. New price was $650, 1 year ago.

It's up 2 flights of stairs in an apartment building, no elevator. Buyer must carry it out.
