Free inflatable kayak, needs some TLC (berkeley)

There are a few important things to know about this used boat:
It's stained. It got moldy or something when stored in a shed and I didn't catch it for a while. It's been thoroughly cleaned and bleached in the sun, but it looks kinda funky. See photos.
It needs a $5 drain plug before it can go in the water (available on Sea Eagle's website). It also needs some kind of pump, because the one that came with it broke; there are lots of little electric ones online for under $50 that will work. One of the paddles is missing a piece and might need replacing.
There are some slow leaks. It came with a patch kit, which we still have, but I can't find the leaks and therefore can't patch them.
