The machine recognizes when a cat uses the box and after 5-15 minutes (you can set), it rakes everything to one side under a flap and re-spreads the remaining litter. Makes scooping much faster and more accessible without enclosing the cat.
It can also keep track of how often the box is being used, which was helpful keeping track of our senior cat’s health.
Meant to be used with replacement trays of crystal litter which can be ordered from Chewy. It worked just fine with clay cat litter for over a year. We just stuck some plastic between the provided box layers for structural integrity.
Offering just the top, plug-in component. All you’ll need to buy from Chewy is the replacement boxes.
I wouldn’t normally try to rehome used litter boxes, but this is just a top piece that’s meant to go with a replacement tray and it’s been deep cleaned, so I want to offer in case it’s helpful and otherwise prohibitively expensive.
