RV Parking Needed! Mutual Benefit! Live in my rv for free (Martinez)

I’m looking for a safe, stable place to park/store it — such as a driveway, backyard, side yard, or private land. I am not looking for anyone to drive or move it. I will handle towing and placement myself using my AAA towing. Once it’s parked, it will stay put.
Ideally, I’m hoping to create a mutually beneficial arrangement:
• If someone would like to live in it, I’m open to possibly free rent in exchange for allowing me to park it on your property and helping fix up the interior from time to time.
• Having someone live in it is not required. If you simply have space to park it, I’m open to paying fair monthly rent (ideally $50/month. What I pay currently) just for the spot while I fix it up.
If someone does stay in it, I’m looking for a clean, responsible, quiet person — preferably someone with basic handyman skills (or who knows someone who does) to help gradually improve it and make it more comfortable and livable. Access to electricity would be helpful in that case, but we can discuss details.
Details:
• 34 feet long
• I will handle towing and placement
• The RV will not be driven or moved once parked
• Quiet setup — no parties or heavy traffic
• Flexible term: 6 months to a year, possibly longer if it works out
• Terms negotiable depending on the situation
