Looking for plant expert to help re-propagate & shape rubber tree (berkeley)

I’m looking for someone experienced with indoor plants (especially rubber trees / ficus elastica) to help me:
• Propagate cuttings to grow new plants
• Prune/shape it so it becomes fuller and bushier over time
The tree is healthy but has grown tall and uneven. I’d love guidance on the right pruning strategy to encourage branching, plus hands-on help with proper propagation.
