It comes with everything that came straight from Valve including:
Headset
2x Knuckles Controllers (with lanyards & USB-C cables)
2x SteamVR 2.0 Base Stations for tracking, plus all necessary power supplies, adapters, stands, mounting hardware
The Index setup itself is in excellent condition. I have everything that was originally included (see above), but also an aftermarket facial gasket that is a bit more comfy (you can use original). I also have a custom modded fan that I paid a bunch for, I'll include that as well! It blows cold air on your face, and works great. It's better than the Kiwi fan that I tried that I bought on Amazon.
PS. I wear glasses, so I have had the lenses protected with RX lenses the ENTIRE TIME. No scratches, MINT. I will also include a set of Plano lenses which are essentially Clear lenses that will protect the original lenses from any scratches.
I'll also include 2 extra long folding tripods with bag. This is great so you don't have to drill holes in your walls. They are sturdy and I'll also include velcro strips so you can tidy them up (as seen in picture).
Lastly, I'm throwing out the option of including the following for an extra additional cost:
3x Vive 3.0 Trackers w/ TrackStrap Plus
These enable you to have Full-Body Tracking, and the TrackStrap plus are not only necessary to put them on, but also act as small battery power banks to keep your trackers from dying quickly!!
