Very Cozy, Family Friendly (perfect for family) home in Tahoe Donner, a short 1.5 mi to the Tahoe Donner Ski lift/parking and 2 mi from Tahoe Donner X-Country Skiing.

The home is 2 story, 1,600+sf, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a large garage filled with couches, TV, dart board, ping pong, table chairs (garage it like a game room). Main bedroom has a king bed with tv (tv can be moved to kids room), bath and jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a couch. Second bath for 2nd/3rd bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 6 in nice beds. Full kitchen/dining table, bar seating, great room with TV and wood burning fireplace. Medium length driveway with gradual slope with ample parking (and/or fit 1 car in 2 car garage). The sloping driveway is PERFECT for snow play/sledding down, right out the front door.

Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort(1.5 mi away) has been voted the best place in the Tahoe region for family fun and learning. The Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center 2 mi away) is fantastic for those that enjoy X-country Skiing. Renters would have access to 2 guest cards that provide paid access to all Tahoe Donner private amenities, including Trout Creek Recreation Center, and Trout Creek Snow Play area.

Ski lease is flexible with a 4 month minimum. Can begin November 1st or after. $4,500 per month plus $4,000 refundable security deposit. All internet, water and electricity is included as well as access to a garage for easy storage of ski and snowboard equipment. Credit and references will be checked.

This is our second home. With that, the home is fully furnished and will contain our family furnishings, toys and liveables. We have owned the home for 18 years. Our family (Husband, Wife, 2 Daughters) have enjoyed 18 winters playing all over Tahoe and are offering up our home for the first time for another family to enjoy.

We are looking for respectful, quiet, renters
