Reducing price to $150 night as it's less than 2 weeks away. A Motel-6 isn't that cheap but I must cover my HOA fees. This tri-level end unit is part of the Club Tahoe Timeshare community in Incline Village. Two bedrooms plus spiral staircase leads to loft with another two beds. Two bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace and large balcony which looks out on the woods and night skiing. 1 mile to the lake and the Hyatt Casino. Less than a mile to Diamond Peak Ski area. Snow toys are available at no charge. The Clubhouse is a 1-min walk - indoor racquetball courts, saunas, pool tables, games, bar/lounge/snack bar and more. There is also a hot tub. Pool and tennis courts closed for the winter season. Daily rental (3-nt minimum) is $150/night.
