We have a trailer for sale. I use it for hauling a 400 lb boat and refrigerators. It works well but is not registered. It does have a factory ID number so that it is easy to register with the DMV. I have done it with my other trailer and it took about an hour at the dmv. I will guarantee that it can be registered.
