It has lots of storage space with a very spacious center kitchen format that also includes a larger bathroom with a shower & bath tub at the rear of the unit.
I have made lots of subtle interior improvements including updating the bathroom, wood trim throughout and removing a larger corner tv cabinet & installing a solid support wall with 2 36" Sansom TVs on adjustable wall mounts so they can be positioned to watch from the couch, bedroom or outside the front door.
This trailer does have speakers mounted the bedroom, central living area & outside but it needs a new 12v stereo. (Currently wired to Master Bedroom.)
I'm the 3rd owner. The 1st 2 were family members. It's only been used or few extended family outings over the years. Stored in Fresno before. Now it's located in Fremont. It doesn't have a lot of miles or use on it at all.
I was remodeling it when I suffered a major medical situation so there are still a few things that need to be done but all in all, it's a great trailer at this reduced price of $8,200/OBO!
