Sealed and painted- not a leak anywhere in this storm. Was previously inspected when I purchased it. Completely remodeled inside with new insulation and wood. Comes with all the furniture and a new microwave/ never used portable toliet with sink, large 55” tv with remote. Ready to go. Make money off renting this out. I will entertain offers and I am not in a hurry to sell. Pink slip in hand. Bought for my son to stay in for a few weeks but he wound up staying with his father. No electricity just an extension cord with two strip plugs. Please be an experienced rv driver with 4x4 to get it out of my backyard. Price reflects expensive remodel. All old furniture was gutted out. Must buy with furniture. It’s super cool, could use some finishing touches but it’s livable now.
