We are seeking an experienced deck builder to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands on experience building wood and composite decks, understands framing and layout, and can complete projects efficiently with high quality craftsmanship. This role includes measuring, cutting, framing, installing decking, railing, stairs and ensuring projects meet code and safety standards. Must be comfortable using power tools, reading plans and working outdoors in a team environment. Experience with repairs, tear outs and fence building a plus. Reliable transportation and strong attention to detail required.
