New startup construction company seeking a working foreman. We preform all aspects of residential construction from interior scopes of work to exterior underground utilities, grading, and concrete work. Given all the different scopes of work that we perform we are not seeking someone who is a journeyman at all scopes. We are seeking an individual that is a jack of all trades and maybe a master of one. For specialized scopes of work we will hire journeyman in those scopes as needed. Applicants should have at least 10 years experience in all aspects of construction projects at a minimum. Hourly rate is TBD. We will be providing a company truck or we can pay mileage if you already have a truck to use. Our projects are local to Vacaville but can go out to no more than a 30 minute drive away. Currently we have 2 projects in Vacaville that are up and running. This is a full time and year round position. We do not shut down in the winter due to the weather. Call or text.
