Our ideal candidate is a High School graduate preferred or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience with mobile electronics or other 12-volt installations such as navigation, car alarms or car stereo systems.
- Capable of making decisions independent of direct supervision, setting proper task priorities, efficiently managing time and company resources.
- Must be able to trouble shoot and fix issues related to car two-way radio systems.
- Basic computer, customer service, problem solving and good communication skills required
We are currently looking for technicians to conduct installations, de-installations, maintenance and field modifications to ensure reliable performance of our two-way radios and vehicle tracking equipment using company approved methods and workmanship standards.
Responsibilities
* Maintain customer relations on an operational level
* Provides technical assistance to client personnel and customers on product functionality.
Full-time
Monday through Friday, occasional weekends but rare
Some travel required
This is a field job, you will travel to our customer's locations
*Must possess a Valid Driver's License and be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
