If you have a:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering
- OR Estimating, electrical construction experience
-OR Certifications in estimating software
- OR significant field experience at Foreman level
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
You might be the person we're looking for. We need an Estimator with the following qualifications.
. Experience with electrical commercial construction and the ability to bid ROM, design build, negotiated and hard bid work with proposal. We are a design-build contractor.
.The ability to plan, think creatively, value engineer, prioritize workflow and meet deadlines are critical.
. Working knowledge of estimating software is needed; Accubid is a plus. Title 24 and LEED knowledge a bonus.
. Ability to interface amicably with all aspects of our business, while allowing humor and compromise to guide your customer service attitude. We work with integrity, and believe that communicating issues or concerns as they occur are crucial to maintaining client confidence.
. Be motivated, dependable, take initiative, maintain confidentiality, and strive to meet deadlines in a hectic but fun and casual environment.
