Position Type: W2 Project Based, At-Will Employment

We get calls from homeowners looking for high quality work, so you must uphold a high standard of craftsmanship. If you're not passionate about what you do, please don't waste our time or yours. Work includes dry rot repair to homes and decks, converting windows to doors, installing sliding patio doors, building pergolas, retaining walls, fences, gates, and other carpentry work.

Lead Carpenter Must:

- Take pride in your work
- Be detail oriented
- Be capable from rough to finish
- Frame/install doors and finish (stucco experience a plus)
- Be able to cut and install stringers
- Be a professional on the job site
- Have a positive outlook in general
- Have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Be punctual and arrive on time everyday, ready to work
- Work with a sense of urgency and keep a helper busy
- Be able to carry 60 lb. bags of concrete and lumber
- Have experience building decks
- Have professional grade power tools, miter saw, table saw...
- Be able to read and interpret plans
- Be ready to offload lumber deliveries upon arrival
- Be comfortable working on scaffolding and ladders
- Be drug free

Apprentice Carpenter/Helper Must:

- Be a hard worker, work with a sense of urgency
- Be a professional on the job site (the client's home)
- Take pride in your work (it says everything about you)
- Be eager to learn the carpentry trade
- Be able to take direction
- Have a good attitude
- Arrive on time everyday
- Have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Have basic power tools (drill and impact driver)
- Be able to carry 60 lb. bags of concrete and lumber
- Be able to dig holes and mix concrete
- Be ready to offload lumber deliveries upon arrival
- Be comfortable working on scaffolding and ladders
- Be drug free
