ROOFING ESTIMATOR NEEDED – BAY AREA (EXPERIENCED)
Growing roofing and construction company looking for an experienced Roofing Estimator to join our team. We have a steady pipeline of residential and commercial projects and need someone who can produce accurate estimates and help keep projects moving.
What You'll Do:
Prepare roofing estimates for residential and commercial jobs
Perform roof measurements and takeoffs (plans, aerial reports, or site visits)
Calculate materials and labor
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
Prepare proposals and assist with project planning
Work with project managers to keep budgets on track
Requirements:
3+ years roofing estimating experience
Knowledge of roofing systems (composition, TPO, torch-down, metal, etc.)
Ability to read plans and perform accurate takeoffs
Experience with Excel or estimating software
Organized and reliable
Preferred:
Field roofing or project management experience
Familiar with Bay Area building requirements
