About the Position
We’re looking for a high-level operator who can take ownership of excavation on retaining wall projects.
This is not an entry-level role—we need someone who can dig clean, hit grade, and keep a crew moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Excavate retaining wall footings accurately and efficiently
• Read plans and understand elevations
• Work with laser and grade control
• Coordinate with crew to maintain production
• Load trucks, manage spoils, and keep job site organized
Requirements (Read Carefully)
• Strong excavator experience (5+ years preferred)
• Must be able to dig to grade without constant checking
• Experience with structural or retaining wall excavation preferred
• Shows up every day and works full shifts
• Takes pride in clean, accurate work
