We are a growing retaining wall construction company with steady work and a strong reputation in the East Bay. We run well-maintained equipment and expect a high level of professionalism from our crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Digging retaining wall footings with excavators (Yanmar 100 / Takeuchi)
• Backfilling and grading behind walls
• Working with laser to hit elevations
• Loading trucks and handling materials on site
• Working alongside a wall crew to keep production moving
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years excavator experience
• Ability to dig to grade (this is a must)
• Experience with footings, trenching, or similar work
• Reliable and shows up every day
• Works well with a crew and takes direction
Bonus (Not Required)
• Retaining wall experience
• Laser experience
• Skid steer / loader experience
