We are looking for a motivated individual who can safely operate equipment while leading a small crew and keeping projects moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment
• Lead and supervise field crews
• Read plans and perform layout work
• Coordinate daily activities with management
• Maintain production schedules and jobsite safety
• Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Assist with retaining wall, drainage, grading, and excavation projects
• Complete daily reports and track labor and equipment hours
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Experience operating excavators and grading equipment
• Ability to read construction plans and grades
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid California Driver License required
• Class A CDL is a plus
• Retaining wall, erosion control, and underground utility experience preferred
Compensation:
• $42-$48 per hour DOE
