🔹 Position 1: Installation Assistant (Part-Time to Full-Time)
💲 Pay: $23-$25/hr
📌 Experience: 1–2 Years Minimum
Responsibilities:
• Assist installers with commercial flooring projects
• Support prep work, material handling, and clean-up
• Learn and grow into an installer role with hands-on training
Requirements:
• Experience with VCT, LVT, Carpet Tile, or Rubber Base preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record (must pass MVR)
• Authorized to Work in the U.S.
• Communicates effectively in English
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English)
🔹 Position 2: Full-Time Installer
💲 Pay: $30–$40/hr DOE
📌 Experience: 4–5 Years Minimum
⭐ Preferred: Experience as a Job Lead
Responsibilities:
• Lead and complete installation of commercial flooring projects
• Oversee installation assistants and ensure quality workmanship
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager and communicate professionally and effectively with on-site contacts (ex: Project Superintendents)
Requirements:
• Proficiency with Prep, VCT, LVT, Carpet Tile, Broadloom Carpet, Rubber Base, Sheet Vinyl (flat lay & coving)
• Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record (must pass MVR)
• Authorized to Work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Communicates effectively in English
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English)
