Lead Drywall Finisher / Foreman** to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is dependable.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 10 years of drywall finishing experience.
* Able to perform Level 4 and Level 5 finishes.
* Expert at texture matching (orange peel, knockdown, hand textures, etc.).
* Experience with drywall hanging and basic framing is a plus.
* Basic painting experience (prep, primer, and finish painting).
* Ability to read plans and follow project specifications.
* Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Must be reliable, organized, and punctual.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Must be willing to work Saturdays when needed.
**Lead Responsibilities:**
* Lead and supervise the crew on residential projects.
* Perform drywall finishing work alongside the crew.
* Ensure work meets quality standards.
* Plan daily tasks and keep projects on schedule.
* Match existing textures with high-quality workmanship.
* Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
* Coordinate material deliveries and pickups.
* Complete material runs before the workday or after work when needed (no midday material runs unless approved).
* Communicate job progress and any issues with management.
* Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
