Position Overview
Residential service plumbing (repairs, replacements, diagnostics)
Work performed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday)
No emergency or after-hours work
Service area limited to: Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, and Alamo
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
Install water heaters, fixtures, gas lines, drain systems, and related components
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and property managers
Maintain clean, organized work areas
Follow all local codes and company standards
Accurately document work performed
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years residential service plumbing experience
Valid California driver’s license
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have own basic hand tools
Preferred (Not Required)
Gas line and water heater experience
Bay Area code familiarity
Overtime available when applicable
Company vehicle (for qualified technicians)
