-Must have at least 5 years in the field experience
-Service and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Educate clients on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency tips.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and installation logs.
- Adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Train and coach other less experienced colleagues in technical and client satisfaction best practices.
