Good opportunity for someone that really knows their way around a screen printing shop.
* ***Able to take charge of the screen printing part of the shop.
* Experienced manual screen printing ∧ setup.
* General knowledge of shop terms such as mesh count, squeegee pressure & durometer, ink viscosity, and ink opacity.
* Knowledge of mixing inks PMS.
* Ability to print a test sample in an efficient manner with attention to detail.
* Understanding of how to efficiently print jobs and meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality standard.
* keeping track of inventory , and help organizing shop.
*Be able to trouble shoot , and communicate well , and work independently .
*basic maintenance of equipment and overall shop.
*Show up on time.
* We do a lot of “print on demand” and need to easily set up screens.
* Coating, and reclaiming screens, and clean up. All around shop duties .
* Willingness to learn Embroidery Machine operation , and sewing machines
*Must be more then dog friendly.
* open to evening and weekend flexibility . It doesn't have to be M-F.
