Toyota of Berkeley is expanding our Pickup & Delivery service program and seeking a reliable, professional driver to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, providing outstanding customer service, and wants to begin a long-term career in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
Perform vehicle walkarounds, document condition and odometer readings, and take photos using a company tablet
Obtain digital authorization and repair order signatures prior to vehicle movement
Communicate with customers and service advisors throughout the process
Support the service department with internal vehicle moves and light lot duties
Ensure all transports follow Toyota of Berkeley’s insurance and safety requirements
Requirements
Valid California driver’s license
Clean driving record with no major violations
Minimum 10 years of licensed driving experience
Professional appearance and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for documentation
Able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check

Compensation & Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
$25.00 per hour
Occasional overtime based on scheduling needs
