Trencher for irrigation working great - $1,000 (Walnut Creek)

I am selling my trencher (see photos) that works 100% perfectly because I finally finished installing my in ground irrigation at my house for the entire 1 acre lawn. This was the perfect machine tool and it puts all the dirt on one side and the depth can be adjusted. Then you put in your PVC pipes and sprinkler heads and simply rake the dirt pile line right back into the trench.
I considered renting one but quickly realized it would be cheaper to buy one and go at my own pace and take my lazy sweet time and not have to worry about returning a rental or paying for unused rental days. I thought it would take me 3 days but hey I got lazy and life had some other more fun things so it took me 3 months with an hour each weekend to do a full acre. Yes I have the instructions and yes it works and you must pick it up and I will show you how to use it. I purchased it from Home Depot for $3,200+ plus tax so in total about $3,500. So my asking price is more than a 50% discount!!!
