The blade guard has a so-called two-leaf design. Both sides of the guard move independently, meaning that if you only take a small cut, only one side will raise, leaving the other side of the blade fully protected.

Super well made Blade guard -- Made for Jet Exacta Cabinet Saw, but I suppose it will fit any other 10" Table Saw like SawStop, Delta, Grizzly, Laguna, Powermatic and other popular models. Retails for over $250 delivered. Im hoping for $150 OBO
