Upgraded geared head, remote hand controller, tool touch-off pad, and micro-misting system. Mechanically tight and well-maintained.
Made in 2004, refurbished 2014, then professionally upgraded in 2021.
Table setup for vacuum hold-down system but not currently hooked up. Machine includes two 10 HP vacuum turbine pumps.
Machine requires a 120v 30 amp connection for the servos, and a 440v 20amp connection for the spindle (a 240v to 440v 15 kV transformer is included). Vacuum pumps are 220v.
Footprint is 16’ long by 8’ wide. Lower gantry makes for a stiffer machine that only needs 8’ of vertical clear height to operate.
Machine includes tooling, tool holders, tool holder setting stand and wrenches. Have a great working post-processor for Autodesk Fusion 360 and Vectric Aspire. We have videos showing test cuts and moves, just contact us to see them. Fantastic machine! We're just downsizing our shop and don't need it for our current production.
