This Irwin DE3 Screw-Grip impact extractor drills and extracts damaged screws and small bolts. It's used with an impact driver or hand-held drill that uses a chuck to secure drill bits. The DE3 size extractor works on SAE screw sizes 11-12 & 14, and bolt head sizes around 5/16" SAE (or 8mm metric). One end of the bit can drill a pilot hole into the center of the fastener head (if necessary), and the other (threaded) end is used to remove the damaged fastener head (use the driver or drill in reverse mode with BOTH ends).

This impact extractor was bought new at a local hardware store, and used only once for a couple minutes; I won't be needing it again. Please reply via email for inquiries and/or to arrange purchase. Pick up in Alameda and cash only please. Thanks for your interest!
