Working country band 10+ Years in Northern California, seeking a part-time / freelance booking agent to book paid gigs at bars, nightclubs, festivals, and private events throughout Northern California.
This is NOT an employee position — ideal for someone who already knows venues and wants ongoing commission income.
Duties:
• Contact bars, clubs, festivals, and event buyers
• Book weekend and select weekday shows
• Negotiate pay and confirm dates
• Build repeat bookings with venues
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience booking live music (country/Americana a plus)
• Familiarity with NorCal venues and nightlife
• Organized, reliable, and good follow-through
• Existing venue/promoter contacts strongly preferred
Pay:
• Commission per booked show (competitive %)
• Bonus potential for repeat or higher-paying gigs
• Flexible schedule / remote
