The battery had degraded so you may need to buy a replacement, which go for around $30-40 on Amazon.
I've used it for a few years, as I mentioned above - the battery had degraded by now and needs replacement (it's still working but won't hold the charge for too long). I'm selling because I ended up moving to a portable power station that has a UPS mode.
