DESCRIPTION: 11' x 13' second floor furnished room with 2 double-paned windows, black-out curtains, large closet, lamp, ceiling light and ceiling fan, queen sized bed, drawers and clothing storage, chair, table. Private bath with shower and tub (with grab bars). Clean sheets, blankets and towels are provided, or bring your own. Wireless Wifi. THERE IS NO TV in the room.
SHARE dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining patio with owner.

No pets (owner has an indoor only cat)
TERMS: Rent, $750 for one person. (If two people, $800 due to additional utilities used.) Plus $700 damage deposit and $50 cleaning fee. All payable in advance.
