Hi, looking for a caretaker for large historical home in east bay for estimated 3-6 months+. Dates still being determined, though in the near future. Ideally someone with excellent communication skills, creative and professional, who may need to deal with a wide variety of people, willing to do some basic property maintenance and security (willingness is essential with a positive attitude), who has a love for California history. Rent will be determined by individual circumstances (i.e. sweat equity and skill level). Construction skills a plus, though not necessary. Hands on skills, handyman, etc. Thanks for looking
